Employer Requirement BCPNP–

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) allows foreign employees to seek permanent residency in British Columbia more quickly than other Canadian immigration classifications.

If a person wishes to immigrate to Canada through the BC PNP’s Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC streams, he must be backed by an eligible company that can meet particular conditions in order for the application to be maintained.

Employers must be a well-known company in British Columbia.

  • A track record of good workplace and corporate practices
  • They must offer you full-time, permanent job and make you an offer.
  • Complete an employer declaration.
  • An employer may make a full-time, indefinite job offer; nevertheless, the firm must meet domestic labor market recruitment standards.
  • Several years of relevant job experience, training, qualification and licensing is must.
  • For certain programs, certain languages are required.
  • Employers in the BC PNP program may be a business, a non-profit organization, or a public sector facility in the province.
  • Regional healthcare authorities and agencies
  • Training Institutions
  • Private, non-profit post-secondary institution
  • Provincial/federal/municipal government organizations and agencies, and so on
