03. Business Visitor Visa

This is the best way for business individuals that allow short-term stays for business activities such as industry conferences, training, etc. but does not directly enter the Canadian labour market. A business visitor visa is different from a Canadian work permit. Business visitors must prove that their main workplace or business place is outside Canada.

How to Apply for a Business Visitor Visa

The best thing about the business visitor visa is that business visitors are not required a special visa, they just need to follow a normal procedure to apply for a business visitor visa. Business visitors are required to show the proof of their activities to the border services officer at their port of entry.

04. PNP Entrepreneur Visa Streams

The PNP Entrepreneur Visa is a program that permits immigrants to contribute to Canada’s expanding economy. To qualify for these programs as an entrepreneur, the applicant must be willing and able to develop, invest in, or purchase a firm in Canada. The eligibility conditions for this program vary by province, and a PNP allows a province to propose an applicant for immigration to Canada.
